Exploring the alchemy of making paint from nature, objects in their organic form such as sand, charcoal, buddleia flowers, blackberries, mugwort and rusty objects were sustainably foraged along the River Thames and hand processed into a workable paint. This was then painted onto a cotton canvas to capture a timeless snapshot of the River Thames in colour, pattern and texture.
